START --->SETTINGS --->CONTROL PANEL ---> REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS ---> LANGUAGES TAB ---> check the box for "install files for complex script and right to left languages".. ---> ADVANCED TAB ---> select Arabic (Saudi Arabia) ---> CLICK APPLY, AND OK. AND RESTART COMPUTER.
