*** Surah 089 (AL-FAJR) : Ayah 018
Nor do ye encourage one another to feed the poor!-




*** Surah 002 (AL-BAQARAH) : Ayah 215
They ask thee what they should spend (In charity). Say: Whatever ye spend
that is good, is for parents and kindred and orphans and those in want and
for wayfarers. And whatever ye do that is good, -God knoweth it well.



*** Surah 009 (AT-TAUBAH) : Ayah 034
O ye who believe! there are indeed many among the priests and anchorites,
who in Falsehood devour the substance of men and hinder (them) from the way
of God. And there are those who bury gold and silver and spend it not in the
way of God: announce unto them a most grievous penalty-




*** Surah 002 (AL-BAQARAH) : Ayah 219
They ask thee concerning wine and gambling. Say: "In them is great sin, and
some profit, for men; but the sin is greater than the profit." They ask thee
how much they are to spend; Say: "What is beyond your needs." Thus doth God
Make clear to you His Signs: In order that ye may consider-



*** Surah 009 (AT-TAUBAH) : Ayahs 034-035
On the Day when heat will be produced out of that (wealth) in the fire of
Hell, and with it will be branded their foreheads, their flanks, and their
backs, their flanks, and their backs.- "This is the (treasure) which ye
buried for yourselves: taste ye, then, the (treasures) ye buried!"
