TANWEEN (NUNATION) DOUBLE SHORT VOWELS SIGNS

If we put double Fathah     ; Kasra   ;     Thamma    the additional signs represents  letter "Nun" with Sukun     which produces "N" sound.   thus "Nun" is not written but it is pronounced.
