COMPENSATION WARRANTY

Compensation warranty the Master shall submit a certificate issued by an official Recognized Authority in charge of the protection and compensation of ship owners against damage, and approved by Suez Canal Authority, this certificate must indemnify Suez Canal Authority & third party against any compensation for all kind of damage that may occur directly or indirectly, to the environment and shall pay all expenses incurred for its removal, cleaning costs and all compensations.
